In 2021, Treehouse Digital asked us to create animated "game" content for their short film "Power Surge," which they were making in collaboration with Beep! Digital. The producers wanted footage of a simulated shoot-em-up game that would fit the aesthetic of the late 80s or early 90s. They planned to edit this footage into the movie and display it on the screen of an arcade cabinet specially constructed for the film. We enjoyed designing the "game," creating all the necessary assets, models, and animations to fulfill their requirements.
