Caspian One is a specialist technology and talent consultancy that has been connecting businesses with expert knowledge since 2004. Operating across financial services, broadcast technology, and beyond, they needed a compelling way to introduce themselves to potential clients. The challenge was not simply explaining what they do, but communicating who they are and why they are the right partner for complex, high-stakes projects.
A previous attempt at the animation by another motion designer had not hit the mark. Caspian One came to Little Blue Hut needing to start from scratch, with a clear brief: create something that felt as solid and trustworthy as the company itself.
The creative solution centred on a single, deliberate visual idea: a cube. As a shape, it carries an inherent sense of strength, balance, and reliability. It became the vehicle for the entire narrative, guiding the viewer through what Caspian One does and how they can help, using a blend of 2D and 3D animation to bring that journey to life with energy and clarity.
The result was an animation that did not just look impressive, it worked. Caspian One have since described it as their most successful piece of animated video content, using it consistently as a conversation starter with new clients. Years on from its creation, it continues to perform, and has now been given pride of place on the newly relaunched Caspian One website.
